2020 VFGC Winter Forage Conferences Brochure.

As you can see from the brochure, we have an excellent program planned that will attract many producers from Virginia and surrounding states.  We would again this year like to invite you to participate in the 2020 Virginia Forage and Grassland Council Winter Forage Conferences as a sponsor and exhibitor.  Attached is a sponsorship form that outlines the various sponsorship levels and what is included with each level.  As in the past, we will have display tables for each sponsor and will have ample time built in the schedule for you to visit with the attendees about your business and services. Keep in mind the one big change this year, if you sponsor at the Silver or Gold level, this will pay your corporate membership for the year!

If you would like to participate as a sponsor for the 2020 Virginia Forage and Grassland Council Winter Forage Conferences, complete the on-line form below or print a hard copy and send it to: Margaret Kenny, VFGC, 3599 Indian Oak Road, Crewe, Virginia, 23930.  Also, please send in the advertising artwork for your company that you would like to have appear in the proceedings to:  vfgcforages@gmail.com.  Please respond by December 6^th so that your advertisement will appear in the proceedings.

• listed as Gold sponsor in proceedings
• listed as main sponsor on the cover of proceedings and in publicity material
• includes your Corporate membership for the year

SILVER – $750 and above

• 1/2 page ad in proceedings
• two complimentary admissions to conference
• announced as Silver sponsor and listed as Silver sponsor in proceedings
• includes your Corporate membership for the year

Bronze – $500 and above

• 1/4 page ad in proceedings
• table for display at all meetings
• one complimentary admissions to conference
• announced as Bronze sponsor and listed as Bronze sponsor in proceedings

Single day conference sponsor – minimum $150

• table for display at conference
• one complementary admission to conference
• listed as a meeting sponsor in proceedings
