2025 Winter Forage Conference – Sponsorship
We would like to thank you again for your sponsorship of past Virginia Forage and Grassland Council (VFGC) winter forage conferences. Our 2025 winter forage conferences are scheduled for the following dates: January 28 – Wytheville, January 29 – Blackstone, January 30 – Warrenton, and January 31 – Weyers Cave. The theme for this year’s educational conferences is Making and Storing Hay and Baleage and Using it Wisely in a Grazing Operation. Below is the conference brochure with more specific details.
As you can see from the brochure, we have leading industry speakers, and an excellent program planned that will attract many producers from Virginia and surrounding states. We would like to invite you to participate in the 2025 Virginia Forage and Grassland Council Winter Forage Conferences, again this year, as a sponsor and exhibitor. Attached is a sponsorship form that outlines the various sponsorship levels and what is included with each level. As in the past, we will have display tables for each sponsor and will have ample time built in the schedule for you to visit with the attendees about your business and services.
