Please join us at a VFGC Electric Fencing School! You will learn the basics of using electric fencing effectively, including: energizer selection and installation, proper grounding, selection of component parts (high-tensile smooth wire, poly-wire, step-in posts, etc.) We will also discuss troubleshooting, as well as tips and tricks for better using electric fencing in your grazing management. We will cap off the evening with an in-field session where you can try out various types of reels, wire, posts, and other tools. Dinner is included with your $15 registration. Bring a camp chair for the field. We look forward to seeing you there!
