Join farmers Mike and Molly Peterson to learn first-hand how they manage their nearly 1,000 acre grass-fed meat operation. The Petersons founded Heritage Hollow in 2013, and have grown their business immensely in just three years. Come tour their pastures to learn how they manage their animals on all leased land, and how they reach their customers largely through their farm store.
